In-house Consultant / ERP System Administrator (m/f)

Your tasks
- Interface between users and ERP vendor / external service providers
- Implementation of programme adaptations and programming of additional applications as well as interfaces with other applications (OCR, SharePoint, web server)
- Technical supervision of the further roll-out in GOPA Group
- Further development of the system in collaboration with the units
- Preparation of programme descriptions and documentation
- 2nd level support / administration for the ERP system
- Conceptual design and layout of reports
- Training for employees on the use of the system

Your qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems or industrial engineering
- (First) relevant practical experience in IT
- Sound knowledge of programming languages and programming experience
- Experience / proficiency in ERP systems (ideally Deltek Maconomy) is considered as an asset
- Competent handling of Windows operating systems and sound knowledge of MS Office suite
- Very good German and English language skills
- Service- and solution-oriented thinking, good organizational skills and well-structured way of working
- Quick grasp of business needs and processes and ability to transfer them to the ERP system
