AX Rollout Project Manager EMEA (m/f)

• Responsible for all aspects of IT project management, regarding mid- to big size ICT projects, esp. rollouts of Dynamics AX
• Controls the ICT Project Strategy and controls the project goals
•  Monitors the time sheets & cost sheets of external and internal IT resources
• Manages Project Issues & Risks
• Coordinates resources to meet the project schedule 
• Provides regular Project Status Report to the Steering Committee and other stakeholders
• Applies the rollout methodology (MS Surestep) and spreads best practice and lessons learned, esp. in AX and PM area, also across regions
• Works with the local project coordinator for coordination of local key users and users
• Creates the Project Schedule together with the Local Rollout Manager and monitors the project work
• Coordinates organizational change management

• Several years experience with managing Microsoft Dynamics AX Rollouts in global environments, experience with rolling out a corporate ERP template is a plus
• Longterm experience in IT project management, PMI / Prince2 / IPMA certificate beneficial
• Experience in managing distributed project teams
• Discrete manufacturing (automotive) industry experience
• Strong IT background, ideally from application management
• Change management experience
• Friendly, open, communicative and pro-active personality
• Able to stay focused on project coordination, chosen scope / methodology etc.
• Able to adopt to stakeholders´ communication requirements and empower others
• Excellent English language skills, German a plus
• Willing to travel 60%
